Delivery Policy

We aim to ship out orders by 10 working days (this does not include weekends).

For some items, such as made to order or pre-ordered items, this may not be possible.

Please refer to those individual product turnaround times on the item description for a better understanding of when you might expect these.

 

All International Shipping, Customs & Duties

All Shipping is calculated at checkout and does not include customs, taxes or duties for International shipments. We are not UK VAT registered so this is not a consideration for any orders.

Your own countries Taxes & Customs will be sent to you directly by the courier after your order. Please settle the amount within 5 working days of receiving the request otherwise the parcel will be returned to us and will incur a second shipment fee to resend.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs and duties. We cannot confirm the associated custom costs, please contact your local customs department for details. 

Please note that as of 1st Sept 2025, with the removal of the 'de minimis' exemption for the United States, parcels of any value will now incur duties and customs fees.

Step-By-Step Guide for Overseas Shipments:

  • Order as normal on our website. You will be charged shipping based on your order contents & location.

  • We currently ship with Evri & Royal Mail International. Once we send your order, you will receive confirmation directly from us with tracking information & a reminder to view this policy.

  • Your local customs review the parcel. If charges apply, Evri or their local partner will contact you with a secure link to pay. In some lanes, Evri may collect duties/taxes before the parcel leaves the UK to speed things up.

  • Pay promptly so clearance completes and delivery proceeds. (If unpaid, parcels can be delayed or returned per local rules.) You have 5 working days to settle this invoice.

  • Your parcel is delivered and can be tracked via the tracking number.
  • If you do not pay the customs fee, the parcel will be returned to us and will incur a second shipment fee to resend your parcel or administrative fee to process your cancelled order.
